Cristal Barnes

Cristal Barnes began her career as a group instructor while studying Education at the University of Kansas, later managing a women's-only facility and serving in Corporate Sales Management at 24 Hour Fitness, followed by 8 years managing clubs.

When Fitness Ventures came to Kansas, Cristal was the first employee hired. She was one of 10 franchise coordinators selected to join the CRUNCH Group Fitness Leadership Council.

Her background across fitness sales, personal training, club management, corporate accounts and many fitness formats informs her leadership of the Group Fitness team.
